Had sudden right side lower belly pain radiating in a circle towards lower back. Went to ortho he said could be kidney stones and orders a scan. Scan was negative but I liked the quick diagnosis. Ortho Dr. Subbaiah wanted to rule out kidney stones before doing any treatment for back pain. Thanks

i recently had the pleasure of consulting Dr. Subbaiah for a knee issue that had been bothering me for months, and I can honestly say it was one of the most entertaining and informative doctor’s visits I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, Dr. Subbaiah had me laughing with his witty remarks and light-hearted approach. I was a little nervous about my knee pain (which felt like a tiny gnome was hammering away inside my joint every time I took a step), but his humor immediately put me at ease. He cracked jokes about how my knees were "protesting like overworked employees" and even mimicked my limping walk in such a funny way that I couldn’t stop giggling. But don’t let the laughter fool you—Dr. Subbaiah is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He patiently listened to my complaints, examined my knee in detail, and explained the problem in a way that even a non-medical person like me could understand. Turns out, I had a meniscus tear from all the unnecessary squatting I’d been doing (apparently, my gym routine was more "enthusiastic" than wise). He described how the cartilage was "acting like a stubborn zipper that wouldn’t close properly," which made perfect sense! What I truly appreciated was how he balanced humor with genuine care. He didn’t just dismiss my pain; he gave me a clear treatment plan, suggested physiotherapy, and even demonstrated some exercises with hilarious commentary ("Now, don’t try to be a superhero—slow and steady wins the race!").
Doctor is very good. My mom got admitted for the Knee replacement, and doctor has handled/assisted the patient without giving them any fear. Hospital staff is also very good and they used to take care of my mom in my absence very well. For Knee Replacement, I recommend this hospital if you are living in Bangalore.
The hospital staff were very friendly and were very attentive to our needs. Clean and neat. At a press of the button everyone will come at the earliest to assist. Care was immense. All the staff and nurses took exceptional care special thanks to Sister Bindu. all Drs including senior doctors ,Dr Dinesh and Dr Subbiah took immediate action upon us coming here with severe viral symptoms and kept checking up on us. Thank you all for helping us throughout this time here which helped in the speedy recovery and discharge.

My mother underwent a L3-L5 spine fusion and nerve decompression surgery under the able guidance of Dr. Subbaiah and Dr Vijay.
